Looking for the best 16 channel surveillance DVR and 8 CCTV cameras

I am looking for the best 16 channel surveillance DVR and 8 CCTV cameras for a home system. I would like 5 bullet (mounted exposed to weather) and 3 dome (mounted under soffit).
