MASSIVE DIAMOND THEFT NEED HELP WITH DIGIMERGE DGR 204

I have a Digimerge DGR 204 that recorded suspects casing a jewelry store that was recently robbed. I need to find a way to get the video off of the device. Does anyone know the file system of the drive or method of storage?
