  • Using the iPhone with the GeoVision "GV-Eye" and the "Ip cam viewer" and the "GV I view" , I am unable to move and zoom the cameras. I have the GeoVision IP PTZ Cameras and the GV-NET Card which the company sent me when I spoke with them and told them what I wanted to do. On the computer I have no issues with using the cameras with zooming in, moving, etc. Do I require a different card or is there an issue with the app that I have. Thanks.

    The GV-Eye application does support PTZ controls. What is the model camera you are using? The GV-Eye app is meant for a direct connection to an IP camera.

    If you are using analog CCTV cameras with a GV-NET + GeoVisions DVR Card and software you will need to use the GV-iView application.
