  • An customer interested in a surveillance system consisting of a 4 channel NUUO NVRmini stand alone network video recorder and a few Zavio F312A wireless IP cameras asked us the following question:

    Do NUUO surveillance systems support SSL for encrypted login when you access remotely over the Internet from a web browser?

    NUUO technical support had the following answer:

    The NVRmini can support SSL for login if you are using IE browser because the login interface of web browser on NVRmini is “https”.

    If you use NUUO remote live viewer and remote playback application instead of Internet explorer, the NVRmini can’t support SSL for login.
