You need to convert the S-video connections to BNC by using this S-Video to RCA converter.

Please note that this will only work if the camera connectors truely are S-Video. There have been some proprietary CCTV camera connectors that I have seen in the past that look like s-video but are in fact a proprietary connector that runs both the video and power of the camera.
