  • I've just lost the first hour of a two hours video recording, because my system ran out of memory.

    Basically, I started the videos at 10:00, and I have data stored only from 11:00, so I believe Geovision overwrote the initial hour when my computer ran out of memory.

    This first hour is essential to me, and it is something I can't repeat: lost now means lost forever. Is there any way I can recover these data?

    Unfortunately once the video is lost it is gone for good, there is no way to recover it.
