Replacement CCTV Cameras for Lorex DVR

I currently have a Lorex security camera system with and a Lorex DVR. I would like to purchase one of your cameras. Would your cameras be compatible with my current DVR? The DVR is called Lorex Vantage LH010H-ECO Blackbox + Series.
