Request for solution for a unique requirement

I am quite new to CCTV systems. Solution recommendations for the following requirements from the experts here are highly appreciated.

Using a fixed camera at the gate, the client wants to record entries to his premises. The camera should be able to perform face recognition, compare with a set of profiles of known people (pre-recorded) and if the face is new, then client needs to get notified by sms/email so that he can access the recording from his ipad and play back the entry.
