Second Display can show all camera's, Primary Display only can show 1 camera

Our GeoVision system seems to have and issue. We have two monitors, we are running version 8.3.

We currently have 8 channels we are using. We can view all cameras live in camera setup (system configuration).

On the main video screen (Display 1), Only Camera 4 shows a live view all the other cameras just show geovision logo.

The second screen (Display 2) can show all cameras in any order per the "Digital Matrix Setup".

Why can we adjust what we are viewing in display 2, but the primary display seems to be locked onto camera 4. None of the other cameras can be viewed on display 1.
