SuperLive Plus Mobile App OFFLINE outside of USA

    We recently had a customer that was having issues with the SUPERLIVE PLUS app when leaving the United States to visit Canada. SuperLive Plus is the iPhone and Android mobile app that is used with Viewtron security camera systems (DVRs, NVRs, and IP cameras).

    The connection was showing OFFLINE even though the NVR / cameras were still working fine and connected to the Internet.

    Here is the solution: You have to change the DOMAIN (within the SUPERLIVE PLUS app) to match the region you are in. For this customer setting the DOMAIN to GLOBAL resolved the issue. See below.

    Go to SETTINGS > LOCAL > select DOMAIN (at the bottom of the menu) > set the DOMAIN to GLOBAL/AUTONATGLB.COM
