Where did my time stamp go?

I was reviewing video on a JPEG2000 DVR remotely from my computer. I reviewed one camera for about 20 minutes, I was using the jog/shuttle to and using the mouse to move along the bar to go forward and reverse. I had the camera on pause. When I resumed playing, the time stamp was gone. Now I have a time stamp in real time, but not when I am reviewing recorded video. What did I do? How do I get the time stamp back?
