If you are running Internet explorer 8 try following these instructions. https://support.nuuo.com/mediawiki/index.php/Why_my_IE8_doesn%27t_work_well_with_software_version_3.2%3F. Also adjust the UAC to the lowest level. You can find that by going into the start menu > control panel >user accounts > user account control.
