Thanks for the advice. I followed your directions and am stumped because the IP scanner found the camera as "unidentified hidden device". I typed in the IP address on safari and entered with the user name and password. I thought that at this point there would be no problem, but no feed is shown. The camera is not shown either. Additionally, bonjour shows nothing. Can you help? Thnaks
