CCTV Security Camera Support

we are installed an E type IR camera in the porch area of our building but captured image of human is displayed with darken face.

Maybe you position is incorrect and lead to the incorrect light.

CCTV Monitoring depends a lot on the camera position. wrong position could be a reason for dark images. Look if the camera is facing toward a light source and if yes than better to change the location. low lights in the area also affect the picture clarity.

I think the camera might not be on the best position to have working angles for capturing photos. Or, that guy knew the camera and hided himself on purpose.

Whether there is reflective light from the wall? Or the light condition is not good.
