How to find the right camera

Hello, this is my first post here. I have an employer who has me on the hunt for a camera which fits his interests. He said that there was a problem where people were stealing from our junk yard at night. He wants me to find a camera (Preferably IP) which can do:

100ft Night Vision

Zoom in enough to recognize faces from 50-100ft

Motion Detection

Works with general recording software(We are using Network Camera Recorder with Viewer Software Ver. 4)

Auto Focus

Ability to handle outside temperatures of ~110f+

Can be mounted on the side of a building

What I found was a 480 dollar camera called the "Ghost" on Chinavasion.com. The problem is I don't really know anything about that website and the camera does not have a lot of reviews/testimonials/videos. The budget for the camera I'm looking for seems to be in the $500 range, maybe getting near $1000 if I found something my boss really liked. Could someone help me make the right decision?
