  • I have many locations each with Nuuo servers connected to IP cameras. We set up alerts on the servers and we will see all cameras lose connections at the same time. This is random with the different locations but when it does happen all the cameras lose connections but come back up in a feww minutes. Can you tell me why tis is happening?

    Are you using the NUUO mini NVRs or the PC Based IP+ software?

    If you are using a NVR mini, is it the Mini 1 , 2 or S series?

    Also how many cameras are you running on the unit and what resolution are they set to?

    Please advise.
