iPhone DVR Viewer Access for JPEG2000 DVRs

A customer recently contacted CCTV Camera Pros with the following question in regards to DVR viewer iPhone access for the legacy JPEG2000 DVRs.

Is there an iPhone app available to allow monitoring via iphone? Where can I download or which is his name? Thanks for your help.
