Problems with www.j2kip.com DDNS Service

I had to reinstall all of my devices(modem, router, DVR) and got everything working except remote through DDNS service (www.j2kip.com). I deleted the existing DVR Registration from the web site and tried to re-register DVR. I keep getting the error 'MAC address was duplicated'.

I have no DVR's registered. How do I reset this problem on this web site? I have cleared all of my temp. files and tried again, no sucess. Please Help

Have you tried restoring the DVR back to the factory default?

Hi i have problem waching my dvr it worked 3 days after gone for 5 weeks then worked 1 day and gone since week

i check my port is not block and have static ip and register with dydnds and my dvr is jpeg2000

any advise to resolve this problem
