  • I am using a JPEG2000+K.264. Recently two people in the office had their computer replaced. The JM_IRS programs were successfully installed and they are able to use all functions.

    The issue is they have to input the IP, Port, User and password each time. Is there a setting where this needs to be saved so they only have to enter the password?

    With the JM-IRS if you go to registering site on the main screen of the software it will allow you to save the DVR info.
