  • We recently had a customer call with the following issue:

    I have set up a new server running Windows XP and I am getting an error message saying that the software is incompatible with your location every time that I reboot the system. It happens before the software loads and will not load until you select okay. Do you have any idea what could be the cause of this?

    Solution: Disable the IR Remote control on startup

    What if you get this error and the IR Remote Control is disabled?

    You may want to try uninstalling the software and reinstalling. Also if that does not work please try upgrading to the newest version of software which is 8.4.
