Trouble Installing Active X controls on iDVR-PRO DVR

Please see below thread between myself and a customer.

Customer Question: We have installed your security camera system. We setup the web browser viewing but one of the computers is unable to download the activeX control when he visits the link for the cameras. Is there a way to manually install the activeX control?

Answer: You may want to check your internet explorer browser settings first – IE Active X settings
