Outdoor Camera for Harsh weather to monitor a shared driveway?

I need to mount two cameras high up(to avoid vandalism) recording activity up and down a shared driveway day and night. I need to record the activity and then play back on a Mac. I'm clueless and need suggestions for cameras, how to record and installers in the Falmouth MA area. Want high resolution. Help!

This is an HD-SDI type CCTV camera which requires an HD-SDI compatible DVR. This camera is capable or capturing video at full 1080p resolution (same as high def television).
